Long Term Follow Up Header 2011

Fall 2010 (Vol. 7, No. 4)

The LTFU LifeLinks newsletter is sent quarterly to people who have undergone treatment through Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center's transplant program.

In this issue, we feature information about the new Patient Recovery Questionnaire that is now being sent to our Long-Term Follow-Up patients. We have made changes to ensure that the information you provide addresses the needs of the many researchers at the Hutchinson Center who work to improve outcomes for our patients.

This same information helps our clinical staff when we receive calls from you or your doctor asking for medical advice. We hope you will find the new questionnaire easy to complete. Please contact LTFU if you have any questions or suggestions about the new questionnaire.

Best regards,
Paul Martin, M.D.
Director, Long-Term Follow-Up
