Fred Hutch is tackling the problem of infection-related malignancies head-on with a focused, collaborative approach: the new Pathogen-Associated Malignancies Integrated Research Center. Dr. Denise Galloway, who helped pave the way for the cancer-preventive HPV vaccine, is leading the effort.
