For the second year, I'm riding Obliteride to do my small part to help end cancer. 100% of the money I raise will go toward cancer research at Fred Hutch here in Seattle.
Last year was the first time I'd tackled a 100-mile ride. It was a monumental undertaking for me that took over 8 months of my life and 11 hours on Obliteride day. But it was nothing compared to what friends and family have faced when they have had to stare down a cancer diagnosis.
If you have loved ones who are battling or who have battled cancer, I'd be honored to add them to my bike. Dozens of names already cover it from last year - but there's room for so many more.
This year I'm splitting the 50 with Phil and we'll ride together on Sunday, August 10.
Please donate what you can ($5 is great, more if you’d like) and let me know whose name(s) you want me to take with me.
