Please help Roosevelt's Tennis Team fundraise to support the amazing efforts of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and UW Medicine to help with the most common forms of cancer in men and women: prostate and breast cancer.

Hits for Health is championed by two esteemed doctors: Dr. Paul Lange, Director of the Institute for Prostate Cancer Research; & Dr. Julie R. Gralow, Director of the Breast Medical Oncology group at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance

Both Dr. Lange and Dr. Gralow are advocates for exercise and the benefits exercise brings to improve their patients' quality of life during and after treatment.

The Institute for Prostate Cancer Research is a partnership of scientists and doctors at UW Medicine and Fred Hutch. The efforts of this group are to understand the causes of prostate cancer and its progression, develop new prevention strategies, devise innovative diagnostics and improve survival and quality of life.

Additionally, Fred Hutch scientists are developing ways to prevent, detect, and treat cancer and related diseases. Fred Hutch has a bold vision to find curative therapies for many, if not all, cancers by the year 2025. They just need the funding to do it, which is where we come in!
